I am clueless about this suit!

I was at auction yestarday and bid on a huge box of edwardian slips and nightgowns. To my surprise, this was in the bottom. I am completely clueless as to it's date....

It is hand swen, has pinked seams, and what appears to be a plastic zipper?!?! I don't think it was ever worn, there is no button on the skirt.... I think it is beautiful! Material is taffita... ivy pattern it same on opposite side of material.

Any clues?

Gorgeous, and it's emerald green. HEck, you could just put New Look and Emerald Green and people would bid. It definitely will need a crinoline underneath.
