I have a dress i need help identifying - can anyone help me please?

Hi Guys,

i have had a dress for aroun 2 years that i have never worn or done anything with.
I believe it is a dress from the Apple Boutique but i am finding it really hard to find any information about the dress.
It is beautiful on and has BEATLES embosses in the material and is repeated all around the dress

can anyone help confirm if it is from Apple Boutique or any more info about the dress please?
