I have never seen this! Aquascutum and Burberrys' trench coat collaboration? (Date help)

I have came across what appears to be an Aquascutum trench using a Burberrys' liner? I've never heard of this, nor seen an example except this one.

I know Aquascutum isn't a common brand people would try and fake but this is very curious! If anyone has some ideas on if this item is real, I would appreciate some insight as well as dating the garment? From some preliminary research, the Aquascutum tag looks like it's from the 60's? And the Burberrys' tag, I couldn't quite work out as accurately.

From what I've learned, I don't believe Burberrys' made a trench coat with this kind of external design so I am under the impression it is an Aquascutum made garment, but have you ever heard of these two competing brands having such a garment, sharing cloth?

If I'm understanding your photos correctly, both the Burberry and the Aquascutum labels are sewn to the lining, albeit in different places?

Can you show us closeups of the two labels, specifically how they are attached? And what label/s does the coat itself have?
