You have to wonder if there was some unconscious thing going on... Everyone referred to Charles and Diana as the 'fairytale' wedding and it turned out to be a 'real housewives of the palace' episode, so maybe there was some deep psychological need to make this the real fairytale wedding. I thought it odd that William picked a uniform that wasn't his regiment - was it an aesthetic choice for the red coat? And Bea and Eug -- seriously, did they have colour swatches from Disney to match their outfits?

One does have to wonder about the young princess's choices, however..... Either some unconscious, or maybe conscious, issues about their mom not being invited to the wedding, the whole "fairytale" romancing of the royals, etc.
