Not so much for the clothes them selves but to do the write up on them. Although they are nice clothes and I used to love getting the catalog.

Jute Vest

<tt>He stepped out from the trees with binoculars in his hand. He raised them slowly to his eyes to watch. The cool vest flapping in the breeze. He ran his hands around to the back and adjusted the belt tighter. There it was, he spotted it in the distance covered by brush. Walking slowly and quietly upon it. His arms raised above his head...as he swung down the ball made a smack hitting the green..........

I have some of his old catalogues still. I love them. He writes down the real reason women buy clothes especially vintage.

Just the fantasy of who who want to be" the fit of a bodice, the swish of a full skirt. One item might make you feel romantic and another sassy depending on cut, color and texture.

I had a friend in college that dressed down to tiniest detail. She was gorgeous. Since she's moved to San Francisco and become too sophisticated for words all she wear is black. I love black, but it's kind of a cop out, she says as she pulls outher black mock turtleneck sweater.

Well, black is not a cop out. You have to worry about all the subtleties lol. that inky black pair of pants and that coal black sweater might look good at home, but once you get into the industrial flourescent glow of a public building, you are aware that the two are just slightly of from each other. EEKK! Your sweater looks faded all the sudden. And cotton and wool and synethetic all reflect it differently. What a nightmare!!!

It's like matching socks in the dark :BAGUSE:

:D

LOL
