I. Magnin Mohair Coat - Circa ???

Hello everyone! This is my first post in the Vintage Fashion Guild forums and I am excited to join the community!

I am just starting up my vintage fashion Etsy store again - something I did in college for extra cash and am now interested in pursuing because I just love buying vintage clothes! I came across this lovely mohair coat today. I know that it is from I. Magnin, has a care label, and an ILGWU tag in it. The tags would date it to after 1974 I believe- but the look does not say "70s" or even "80s" to me. Any clue on the age of this coat? This one has just been boggling me!

I also see 7os, looks late 1970s to possibly 1980-1981. I recall women's suits and coats with that same combination of the slight puffed shoulder treatment and the "no collar" look. I also see topstitching around the collar area and lapels which looks late 70s to me.

It is a very nice coat.
