Sharon, I'm not great at dating hats, but I did wear a lot of them in the 70s, and this looks 70s to me. I have one very much like it, and I believe I was wearing it in the late 70s, like 1979 or so.

I agree- late 1970s, early 1980s. I had a couple fedora styles myself at the time.
