I REALLY Need Help On This One...Late Teens??

I hardly ever deal with anything of this date..I have determined late teens?? Please correct me if I am wrong.

The bum deal with this one is that the only thing wrong with it is the spotting on the fabric, it is in fabulous strong condition! I need help with that to even price this at and if it is a specific "type" of dress

That is lovely Amanda! Too bad about the spots. Are they fade or stains? Sorry Im not much help, but I would have though a little later on date. That said, I am hopeless with the older pieces so take that with several grains of salt. I am sure one of our experts will come along to offer some real help.
 
Oh, that is too bad about the spotting.
My initial reaction is something towards Edwardian. I'm more interested in that buckle, how fantastic! Is it shell? Celluloid? Glass?
 
I think the buckle is celluloid...I love the buckle too...but I don't dare remove it.

The fabric is faded in those areas, it could probably be spot dyed, but it still would not be perfect :(
 
edwardian popped in my mind, as well. is it faille? and yes, too bad about the spotting thing...the lace looks lovely, too

oh, yes, and the BUCKLE! s'marvelous!
