Identification & dating of sequinned and beaded vest

This looks to me like part of a folk costume? Any ideas of which one and dating? The fabric is velour, feels like maybe cotton. Lining is a plain weave cotton or maybe linen. Sequins are metal and beads are glass. Thanks in advance!

Looks like part of a Polish folk costume. Dating is difficult, they're still made the same way. My 1960s childhood one doesn't look much different than my 1990s adult one.
I believe the designs can be indicative of the region, but I don't know any details on that.
Sorry, that's all I've got!

Thank you! That's it. Might the metal sequins and glass beads be an age indicator, or do newer ones still use those materials?
