Identifying a make

hi, I recently bought a shirt and I have no idea what make it is. I was hoping some kind person out there could help me identify it by the fancy buttons and labels

Hi Jaquis can you please try to get another shot of the button? as the focus is on the fabric and not the metal it's a bit too blury to make out.
Can you show any information on the back of the label and both sides of the fabric care label if there is one?

It's the other button that's out of focus. Can you describe what it shows - it almost looks like a bee or something.

Ruth, I think it's one of those stylised early '90s cherubs - do you remember the ones that were based on Raphael's artwork?

The sun motif was also popular in the early '90s, around '92-94 so (without seeing the rest of the garment) that's a potential dating.

I wonder if the button represents the fashion capitals? There is one active listing showing a belt with the same sun rays radiating off the female's face.
