The setting looks like a modern hobbyist setting, the type often found on Etsy.
Are you sure the "stone" is a stone? The rough-looking texture of the back makes me suspicious that it may be a man-made resin or something.
Better-focused photos on a white background may be helpful.

I also don’t see it as a stone with the back looking like that. Agree it may be a resin.
