Identifying fabric

I'm having difficulty identifying this fabric even after going through every single listing in the fabric resource. This is 70s dress from Lee Stevens of Miami. The care instructions are pictured below.

Is there a fiber content label?

No, which is weird for 70s. I turned the dress inside out and checked all of the seams.

Oh! I forgot to mention that the selvedge of the fabric is marked "THC Hawaiian Fabrics 14377."

Cool iron suggests that it's a synthetic. Cottons and other natural fibers tolerate higher temperatures.
