ILGWU tags between 74-95

I need to narrow down the dating of a skirt. How do you decided if red white and blue ILGWU tags are from the late 70s, 80s, or early 90s? Whenever I try to search the label, I can only find Claude Montana... not the right designer. The care label is paper and ILGWU is cloth if that helps.

I agree with Donna. If you post pics of the garment it will help. Labels are really useful but they’re only one piece of the vintage puzzle.

Your labels look late ‘70s to early ‘80s to me but more information will help.

It looks like a wrap skirt with faggotting detail? I agree with Mary and date as ‘70s, so according to the union label, it’s likely mid to late ‘70s.
