I\'m a Journalist again.

It's been eons since I've written anything.

I am now a Vintage Fashion Columnist for examiner dot com/LasVegas

My first column went up this evening.
"Desperate Times Call for Stylish Methods"

I'd love to share the link, but it's linked on my facebook profile page (Leisa Nowandthenstyle Farrow) if anyone is interested, or just U2U me, if you like.

Obviously, I had to write about our Maggie (denisebrain), and I believe there is at least one more VFG member highlighted. And - since my website just went public, I included it as well.

As it was my semi-maiden voyage, I wasn't completely comfy with their editing software & I did miss a typo and a grammatical error. Let's just say I'm very happy & very humbled. I intend to write at least once a week. I prefer doing this to doing a Blog.

The pay is short, the hours are long, and I Love it! :sunshine:

Leisa-

Great article, but there is one thing that I wanted to point out. And I have struggled with whether to mention this or not since this post originally went up and decided that I really felt that it was something that should be said.

I feel like it is journalistically unethical to review your own website without disclosing it as such. You are putting your credibility as a journalist at risk when you "report " in this way.

I hope that this will not start a brouhaha---I am really offering it as constructive criticism so that you can maintain your journalistic integrity as you go forward.
