I can not tell if this Imagnin label is 60s or 70s. Both labels look the same to me.

From the style of your bolero, I'd say early 70s. These were popular over long printed evening gowns and jumpsuits.

I agree with the early 70s and it looks like a crushed velvet fabric. Might have had a pair of palazzo pants to go with it.
