Incredible Skirt - Embroidered Velvet and Satin Ribbon Circle

I've had painted sequin Mexican skirts and some lovely novelty prints, but I'm thoroughly enchanted with this skirt and
only wish I had a 30" waist.

I've shown it below over a white
crinoline.

It is a heavy black net totally covered with velvet and satin ribbon embroidery. Full circle.

I love this skirt and the condition is amazing. I hesitated starting it so
high, but it is worth every penny and I think pretty unique.

It reminds me of these high heels that I have that are satin and velvet!
 
It is truly gorgeous Sue - having looked at your listings, I must say I'm baffled as to why that lovely slipper satin 40s dress of yours still has no bids. What's up with that??
