All I can say is that it is lovely! From the teens, Edwardian era, but I cant be any more specific than that. Very pretty!

Hi,
Beautiful! I would like to see the back/train if possible. From your photo, I would date it to between 1903 and 1907. I would have to get a look at more details in the sleeves and the waistband to date it closer, but that is a good estimate. Edwardian Era, and pre 1910.

Did you put it over the black? I have never seen one with a black lining before and I suspect this was a later addition or change - perhaps by a theatre? The hem also doesn't look right - I have never seen one with a turned under hem before, usually they are finished off with a lace edge. I agree with Barbara - it looks c. 1905 to me.
That is lovely. I agree with the dating here and the hem does appear taken up. It looks like tambour lace to me.
