Info/dating Ryding House (England) Jacket

Hi all,
I'd appreciate any info or dating advice you could give me on this jacket. Materials label reads: 67% polyester, 33% viscose Lining: 100% viscose dry clean only. The other label reads ORDER:___ No__0220__ Size__2__and Maker_____
The size tag is printed on a stiff gauze weave fabric. The heavy duty zipper is YKK. The side pockets are decorative only. I've had no luck searching for Ryding House.

Looks like many of the suit jackets I wore during 1990s and even 2000s. I would guess quite contemporary. Now - you should wait for the experts to come along - I am still just a guesser!

I couldn't put a year on it either, but the labels look quite new. Considering this, it having been made in England would make me think it was a good quality piece and had probably cost a fair bit.

I think it was the padded shoulders that had me thinking it was 80s era. It is a very nice jacket. Thanks for your help! Trish

It's not uncommon for jackets of any era to have padded shoulders - I agree that it's from the last twenty years, perhaps mid 1990s.
