Info needed on this belt please. Pierre Cardin?

Hi there!

I believe this belt is from the 1960's and during my research, possibly Pierre Cardin. He made many buckles that resemble this one but I haven't been able to find this exact piece. It is not signed and is black and white leather. Looking for any info I can gather. Many thanks!

Thanks so much! It's such an amazing belt. Nicely constructed. Could definitely be a piece that went with an outfit. I have been reading that his style was widely copied so it could be a 'knock off'. Still on the search though!

I think his belts had a label which someone could've easily taken off. I would look for his Space Age era dress or capes and you might, maybe, find something similar.

Yes I wondered about the label. I’m thinking so as well that they come off easily. I have been on the search for atomic and space age Pierre Cardin. There’s quite a bit out there so still looking through it all. Thanks!

Long ago people weren't so label oriented and removed the labels so there could be that.
