Info on a beautiful vintage T-shirt "COOL" brand

Hello VFG members, I'm new on the forum looking for some information on a t-shirt I own.

It is a much loved floral t-shirt, label "COOL". I have posted images below of all tags and labels, which I hope may help to identify its period and location of provenance.. It was gift from a friend who I think found it in a thrift store in the UK. The inside tag specifying material is in German, which I guess may be a good clue?

I'd be especially interested to learn more about the label "COOL", whether people are aware of other garments by this label, its history, etc.

I've never seen that label before but dense florals like that were big in the 90's. I would tend to call more recent items like this retro, rather than vintage.
 
It's a lovely tee! With a name like "Cool" it will be hard to research. I tried and found a lot of "cool items" instead of companies.
 
Thanks for the tips. COOL is indeed a difficult name to search for. I'll try searching in German only.

Any other thoughts or tips would be greatly appreciated
