Info on dating Eatonia boots

Hi, I recently acquired this pair of Eatonia/Eaton's boots. They're in excellent condition - the leather quality is amazing! I found a couple of old print ads online dated 1911 selling them for $3/pair and then a full page ad with picture for $5/pair. Just trying to figure out if that price jump would still make them from the 1910's, and if the heel is original or would have been redone? Thanks!View attachment 30104 boots2.JPGboots3.JPGboots4.JPGboots5.PNG

That style of boots was being made from the early 1900s into the 1950s. The Eatonia brand is around about the same time, although I don't think I have seen an Eatonia brand shoe after the war. I think they are most likely 1930s based mostly on the modern font type and the rubber heel design, which I have seen often in 1930s shoes.

Thank you so much, Jonathan! Much appreciated :)
