Hi all!
Does anyone have any info on this hat label:'Madame de Jeane Model Hats Paris - New York'?
I tried searching but it brings up Madame Agnes and google image search didn't work for me.
It's a 1920s velvet cloche with upturn front brim that features metallic gold lamé, gold bullion and metallic gold threading trimming red roses and green petals.
Thanks!

That is a beauty! I am not familiar with that name. However, I suspect that it is a made up name, a name made up by the millinery company that made the hat. It was a fairly common practice in the early 20th century. They may or may not have rented a small Paris postal box address to make it seem more authentic.

Thats my feelings, but I could of course be wrong.

Regardless it is gorgeous!
