Iv bought a lovely gold mesh purse on ebay from oroton. But the tag says AM for Atelier Münch as does the little booklet it comes with I can't find much about this online. I bought the bag as it's beautiful but I'd love to know as much as possible
TIA

AM Atelier Münch was trademarked in 1984. This excerpt from a book on Italian fashion is referring to Gianni Versace:

“In 1979 he reinvented the Renaissance, in 1982 he presented for the first time the inimitable wire mesh garments which quickly became a cornerstone of the label. The designer deepened his research on metal together with a German craftsman with whom, between 1982 and 1983 he developed the Oroton (produced by the Friedrich Münch atelier), a round mesh that has all characteristics unrelated to the metal: can be draped, adheres to the body, can be colored and drawn. See Buss, Martin, ed., 1998”

Thank you for this! Does that mean the bag is 1980s?
