I meet the most interesting people through the label resource. A few weeks ago Mr. Colman emailed me to make a few additions to the Label Resource entry for his family's business. He answered a few questions for me, and you can read the interview at The Vintage Traveler

Interesting interview. For those who are not familiar with the company, it would be great to see some examples of the printed designs. Usually a company would have sample or swatch books. Hopefully they have been kept as a historical record.
 
Anyone that has an Alex Colman article, please post it here, as tomorrow I'm doing a follow up with examples of their work. I'll be happy to link to your sales page.
