I just picked up this amazing jumpsuit with palazzo legs (?) with a Phil Jacobs of Kansas City label. I didn't find the label in the library, so I've submitted it. My question is..... From my research, Phil Jacobs was known for his maternity fashions. He wanted "ladies-in-waiting" to look pretty. That makes me feel pretty safe in saying this is a maternity jumpsuit. Did he ever design clothing for woman that weren't with child?
