Is anyone familiar with the Kirsti made in finland label...brand...decade(s)?

I don't know if this is your Kirsti label, but I found many references to Kirsti Fashions, but only in 1970-1971 newspapers. The references pretty much all said the same thing: "...Kirsti Fashions, designed and sold in the United States, but made in Finland from Scandinavian fabrics..." Perhaps if you show the garment to which the label is attached we can determine if the item is likely from that narrow time period.

Great coat. I couldn't find anything in my books on Finnish fashion unfortunately, and as Kirsti as a pretty common woman's name, it's hard to find anything by googling it. Finland had a large textile industry from the 60s to the late 80s and exported a lot of it as well - so there are lots of labels around that do not exist anymore today.
