THIS says, "C'est Comme Ca Was Manufactured By Miriglio Tessille S.p.a. That Also Manufactured For Moschino And Krizia In The 1980's."
They don't state where they got that info. And the manufacturer name is actually
MIROGLIO SpA.
So, it sounds more like Moschino did
not design for C'est Comme Ca, but rather the two companies (and Krizia) used the same manufacturer. It's possible that someone misinterpreted that association as Moschino designing C'est Comme Ca, and then others repeated that misinterpretation.
Your label would possibly state whether or not it's a piece manufactured by Miroglio SpA but I can't see all of the printing because your fingers are in the way.
EDIT:
"By the end of the 1980s, Miroglio had established itself as one of Italy’s leading textiles and clothing groups. By the start of the new decade, the company’s sales had topped ITL 1 trillion ($650 million). The group’s strong investments in its vertical integration strategy had paid off, with its sales roughly split between its textiles and clothing divisions. By then, too, Miroglio had successfully developed a number of strong brands, both in Italy and internationally, including longtime flagship Motivi, as well as a number of others, such as Fiorella Rubino and
C’est comme Ca, which, along with Motivi, entered the
United States in the early 1990s."

"Miroglio brings C’est Comme ca to UK
Italian fashion group Miroglio is to launch its avant-garde womenswear label
C'est Comme ca in the UK for autumn 07, after two seasons in Italy."

So it seems that C'est Comme Ca was actually a brand owned by Miroglio, while brands like Moschino were not owned by Miroglio but simply used them to manufacture their ready-to-wear.
