Is it a House of Worth?

Found this really great dress and was wondering if it's a House of Worth? I'm pretty sure it's 60's or early 70's, but I've never come across this label before. Would love to know more about it!

No, I'm afraid not. There was (is?) an american ready-to-wear line named Worth, and this may be one of their labels. Is there a zipper? The label looks like a lingerie label.

I'm pretty sure it is a nightgown, but I can't seem to find anything on just the name "Worth". Thanks for your reply!

You can see some labels here from the House of Worth.

I agree that it is not from there, and it's probably a nightgown. The ILGWU label is similar to a '70s one in the label resource.

I also found this '70s nylon nightgown on Ruby Lane with a similar label to yours.
