Is my suit 60\'s or 70\'s?

I between dates on this suit but I am leaning towards mid 70's (think Mary Tyler Moore Career girl-ish).

The tailoring and the label look 60's but the care label look 70's as does the pleated skirt.

Am I correct with the 70's date?
