Is there a name for this type of purse?

Just got a cute little, and it IS little, black leather bag and don't know quite what to call it, in terms of style or KW! It isn't labeled so I can't use a mfgr name in the title. It is short, with a wide triangular profile. What would this style be called? And is this 60's?

I think I would call it a Kelly bag. 'Kelly' is not a trademarked name because it is after a person, not a name created by Hermes, so you can call bags in the Kelly style that are not made by Hermes Kelly bags. If someone tells you otherwise, they are fibbing. You can't copyright a person's name.

Thanks, Jonathan & Chris! This didn't quite seem to me to "fit" the traditional Kelly-type bags that I've sold (have sold quite a few, but they're usually larger and have a sleeker profile), but I couldn't come up with anything else to call it! It's really a sweet little thing; I haven't had anything quite like this--so short and stout--like its current owner! If I don't sell it, I'll enjoy keeping it for myself!

The unofficial/very loose rule of thumb i usually go by for an intial starting point is that the handles are usually set 1/4 - 1/3 of the way in on each side. (at least) If the handles/handle is wide set...mounted far on the ends, its not a Kelly style.
