Is there a way to know who made this and when?

I found a few pieces today, which I suppose i must list on separate posts, but this one has no make label, only these two labels. Being a noob, I am guessing it is from the 60's given the fabric, but is there a way to know the maker by the numbers on the tag?

Also, I am very sorry, I have no idea why these upload sideways!

ok, so that, I thought would help, but that maker spans such a broad range....I suppose there is no way to pinpoint when this sweater might be made?

ok, i am just a ding dong. i looked at that link and couldn't figure that out. i guess it'll take some time for someone like me who doesn't know the ropes very well.

It does take time: when it comes to labels, you just have to look at the components and compare. Eg, colour, layout, font etc.
