that lining and the corduroy collar were popular then

the lining and corduroy collar were popular in the 70s/80s, but also had a resurgance in the 90s. my mom wore a similar jacket that my sister got for her when i was in Indonesia, would have been 90-92.

Although the Dickies brand was established circa 1922, this is their most recent logo and is modern. It has been used since 2005, to the present date. Therefore although the style may be retro, to be classed as vintage it would need to be at least 20 years old.

EDIT: Please note, the above logos are not exhaustive and others have been used throughout these dates. According to the Dickies website, the "ox collar" logo has been used since 1954 (the earlier "ox collar" logos were not bright yellow)

Donna, you're quite right - I can see the ox collar logo was used long before 2005...
I found a couple of other ads from the 1950s - one from 1956 with the "ox collar" logo, another from the 50s with the "brown/yellow text" logo.

It seems on the earlier logos the ox collar was a sort of beige colour - from what I understand, the bright yellow ox collar logo has been used since 2005, so I still think from looking at the care label and the yellow ox collar logo the jacket is fairly modern. I'll edit my earlier post with the updated info, in case it's misleading. Thanks for clarifying.
