It is tiered, white polka dots on red, metal zipper, cotton, no label. Would it work for VLV?

when you lay it on the floor, can it be laid out in a perfect circle with the waist hole in the center?

It is definitely a square dancing skirt. It could possible be a circle skirt, too.

Then I would say a definite yes, especially if you had a big crinoline to show it on!

RAB RED POLKADOT TIERED CIRCLE SKIRT (waist size measure) VLV VFG
if it all fits but maybe someone has something spicier.

or is it Polkadots, polka dot? polka dots?

Very cute, an could go either way alothough I lean toward circle skirt more than Square. Seems a little long for a square dance skirt. Would be so cute with an eyelet top. I have just the one. I should send it to you since I have literally not been able to give it away.

Here is the top if you are interested.

I'm gonna be the odd man out and say it looks more square dance to me than RAB :BAGUSE:

I can't really see it at a RAB event :BAGUSE:

"Don't hate me cuz I'm beautiful"
(anyone remember that commercial?)

:sniff: Maureen

I'd go with HUGE full Circle Skirt. Maybe mention both square dancing
(which I think this is) and VLV in the description. Also make sure to
give the hem circumference.

I always do better just calling it a circle skirt - even if its short - than a square dance skirt.

I think the square dancers find them anyway. ;)

Maybe the western gals at VLV would want it...but the polka dots definitely make it more posh gal than gingham wood. either way, someone is going to love it!
