Is this a 50\'s squaw dress, drop waist, no labels

This came into the store with some 60's items. I think it is older, maybe 50's? The original belt is missing. It has a buttoned gusset on the left side waist

, and a drop waist.

Sorry Gayle I don't think so with the cute turned up sleeves and peterpan collar. That dropped waist is really nice!!! Cute print too.
