Is this a Emilio Pucci skirt?

Hi!

I just thrifted this wonderful skirt signed Emilio.
I have a couple of Emilio Pucci skirts from the 60's in the exakt same velvet feel.
The inside silk lining and on the outside is signed Emilio.
It has no labels inside.

Is this a Emilio Pucci skirt?
I truly believe its old - from the 50's or 60's
