Is this a Naeem Khan Riazee label?

Does anyone know if this is a Naeem Khan Riazee label? I have seen labels from this period with Naeem Khan Riazee Nights but none that only stated Nights.

It has a Neiman Marcus label and the Suzarila silk label on the garment as well.
