Is this an Art Deco necklace?

I can't make out the stamp on the clasp. It appears to be a CCCHO....
Would love thoughts on this piece. I am actually thinking about adding it to my jewelry box.

Just need help dating it. Not sure if it is jade or jad(e) ITE.
Rhinestones seem to be all intact, they are prong set.
Thanks!!!

Is it CZECHO (slovakia) and are they rhinestones (glass) or marcasite (looks metallic). Looks worn on the back, and if it's Czecho deco, I would assume it's silverplated brass/copper and art glass that imitates jade. The Germans did these in silver and semiprecious stones, the French in platinum, diamonds, and jadeite.

What to offer?

They appear to be rhinestones. The little hook clasp part has to be replaced that connects the necklace, the tip is broken but holds. And there is a small line on the upper portion of the (glass) it still seems to hold well as it is set in what I would agree is silver plated material.

I want to buy this from my client but have not a clue what to reasonably offer. I would love and appreciate some insight. I get a little too excited over jewelry and over-pay nine out of 10 times.

I think I will repair the clasp and call it good. Thank you all for taking the time to write. I would love your thoughts about the vintage wedding dress that I also posted. I am starting to gather more.

Regards, D
