Is this an authentic snakeskin purse?

Hello everyone!

You've been so helpful before so I'd love to get your help with this purse. I don't know much about skins and I'm on the fence about this purse. The brand is Andrew Geller and after doing some research I found a lot of links listing real lizard or snakeskin bags by the same designer and also some listed as faux snakeskin which has left me even more confused than I started out! Can anyone lend me their expert advice to determine if this bag is real lizard or snakeskin?

This is lizard, not snakeskin. I'm having difficulty in saying if it is real or faux though, as the markings are rather perfect.

Looked at it again, and I think it is real lizard.

and yes, please change the size of your photos for
the thread, anything over 500 pixels in width and height is too large.

I think it's real lizard also. Laura, your photos are a little too large for the Forums - you can see that they are stretching them. If you can reduce the size to about 500 pixels wide that would be great!
