Is This Big Pouf Sleeve Dress 80\'s?

Big sleeves with netting underneath to make look even bigger and big floppy bow in back and short, short, short. 80's or newer?

The lines of the dress itself look like it could be newer, but boy, those sleeves & that bow look late 80's to me--possibly into the very early 90s, but not sure about that. When I worked in a bridal shop in 1992, we still had the bows but by then the sleeves were tamed down quite a bit, if I remember right! HTH!
 
I am going to go with 80s then and prom. I know the last day for tuxedo rental for our town is April 22 so all of them are fast approaching.

I wore a similar dress similar to this style in the early 90's. Like 91.
Bought it at Dillard's. It was the black middle and the sleeves were a hot pink puffy sleeve with black polka dots on the puffed sleeve.

But you could probably get away with saying late 80's. :D
