Is this Faux fur and leather long coat from the 60s or 70s?

Hi Everyone, I see alot of these listed as 70s but for some reason I feel it may be from the 60s....any thoughts? Also, there's no belt but I'm wondering if the leather loops were just decorative? Also, I can usually tell leather from faux leather but this one really has me stumped....there's one fabric label that says "Outershell 100% acrylic" but I'm thinking that refers to the faux fur?

As Joules said the label that says "Outershell 100% acrylic," refers to the synthetic fur fibers. The other fibers are faux leather. Some ways which you may or may not already know to identify faux leather is by smell and touch. Leather has a distinctive scent and touch that differs from vinyl or other plastic based polymers used to make faux leather. Faux leather though also has man made pores that are intended to look like real leather but have a more consistent pattern than real leather. The pores of real leather are less consistent and have a deeper appearance around the edges. I can see the consistent pores that indicate faux leather in the close up photo that shows your label shot.

Fur and leather belted coats were really trendy in the early to mid 70s. Here's a photo of one in a newspaper ad from November of 1973.
