Is this Folklorico/Fiesta 2PC???

I get all the Mexican dresses, had a few on eBay myself that are hand-embroidered, but I really cannot find anything like this in my search. The fabric is quite silky and the top has a gauze lining. The skirt is ultra wide with a thick cotton draw-string. The bottom has beautiful lace, unknown to me. Has anyone seen a 2Pc outfit like this and if so, any "Key" words you can help me with. I think it is of Mexican origin but age is lost to me. Thank you very much.

That is really pretty! Living here in TX and having shopped a lot in the border towns, I would say this piece is fairly new. The large pattern isnt something you would see on some of the 70s embroidered dresses.
 
Thank you Brenda! Appreciate the feedback. It's a lovely dress but had never seen one quite like it. I'm originally from New Mexico....brrrrrrrrrrr!
