Is this hat 60\'s doing a 20\'s cloche???

I found this today at an estate sale. It has nude feathers and fits over the head like a cloche. Do you think it is a 60s hat doing a 20's look? Or am I wrong on the date. Hats always throw me!!

Feather hats were popular in the late 50's becoming more of a shaped helmet in the 60's. I don't think this is too cloche like but looks like it could be early 60's with the felt base.

it is very very sophisticated.

my Wilcox book has a toque of "black cock plummage" by Agnes (French) from 1924 that looks VERY much like this,

although feather hats were popular again in the late 50's-60's

Cloche is probably not the best word to describe, it is more like a helmet. But I still see a 20's thing going on. I don't know...

I, too, see late 50's or very early 60's (can't get more specific than that, sorry!) -- especially with that label.

I do see the 20's influence in this -- but the label doesn't show it.
