Is this hat maker familiar to anyone?

In the hatband, also woven in is the makers name(?) 'Scotts Classic'. Pretty certain it's British, but could be wrong. This emblem is bugging me as it is very familiar! Anyone else recognise it?

Dobb's hat boxes use a carriage on them but I don't know if they use it on the sweat bands.
