Hi Villa, and such a pretty dress! I, too, think it's early to mid 70s. One of my friends got married somewhere between 1973 and 1975 (awful that I can't remember the year!), and we bridesmaids wore a halter dress with ruffled neckline and very similar lines, along with matching short jackets. They were very cute! Also, that flower motif was very popular around that time--I remember trying on wedding gowns in 1974 with the daisy designs.
