Is this Lanz dress considered vintage yet?

I'm thinking 80s because of the shoulder pads but wanted to check with someone with more expertise.
Sorry they are coming out sideways ; ) Also can anyone share keyword/ style ideas.

Still looking for any input on this dress/label as I can not find this dress style or label searching the internet. Thanks!
 
Pretty dress set. I'm not sure how old it is - as the entry on our Label Resource says they can be difficult to date - but the label is more recent. How recent is hard to say. Last 20 years? If the information on the content tag was not washed out, it would be easier to narrow it down. Are there any other tags sewn inside the dress? Like garment care symbols?
 
Thanks for the input. There are no other tags anywhere else. I have posted it on EBay and have called it retro rather than Vintage. I did find someone selling a pattern with a double breasted jacket similar to this one and the pattern was dated 1994 so maybe 90s...
