Is this Lillie Rubin dress 70s or 80s?

I'm just looking for opinions on this dress. My Grammy worked at a Lillie Rubin in the late 70s or early 80s...I know that she lived in Miami at the time but I'm unsure which decade to peg this dress.

^The tag is the same as the two 1970s labels but it seems more 80s to me? However, I could be wrong.

It's silk, raglan sleeves, big 80s-esque bow...?
Should I be selling it as late 70s or early 80s?
 
I thought so :) I'm still trying to remember when she moved to central Florida...

I also wonder how long this label was used into the 80s since both of the labels in the resource like this are 70s :)

shiloh: labels are sometimes used for a while - the resource is a great guide, but it isn't so comprehensive that it contains every label used in every year.
