Is this purse vintage or just vintage look

Got this last night at auction. I loved the look and the lucite handles and zipper pull. The zipper is marked Talon. I hope, I hope, it's true vintage! What are the word to use to describe the design and fabric?

Hey!!! I have that exact same Corde purse! Even the lucite handles and zipper pull are identical. Definitely vintage, 1940s and fabulous. Mine is falling apart after decades of use. What a great find.

That's a beautiful corde purse! I love the crescent shape--so iconically 40s--and the zipper pull and handles are particularly nice! (A friend describes lucite handles like yours as "taffy twist"... )
