is this red leather 'wiggle' dress late 80s or 90s?

Hi everyone and please excuse my latest attempts at getting natural light....gotta get a better backdrop than my store window slatwall!

Just wondering if this is more a 90s dress than 80s?

Also.....would you use 'wiggle' dress or is there a better term when it's leather?

Here's your dress in this commercial!! On the left in the very first photo! I would say 80s based on that commercial. Bodycon dress might yield more hits.

Agree with '80s and would call it a fitted mini dress, rather than wiggle - the latter is a misused term that denotes a hemline slimmer than the hips, which requires the wearer to wiggle. It's often used for any straight or fitted dress but leather needs to have a certain looseness or it will be uncomfortable, so it's not suited to very tight styles unless you're wearing it to a fetish club.
