Hi I haven't seen an RL label like this before. Is it vintage?

Well it does say Ralph Lauren right? I'm having a hard time seeing the tag and I have not seen a tag like that but perhaps someone can help you more.

Would be helpful if we could see the entire tag, along with any other tags in the garment (check the side seams).
