Is this scooter dress 60s do you think?

I'm guessing 60s due to the colors. But the collar seems kinda 70s. What do you think?

There were wider collars in the late 60s too...youa re right Linda. The print for some reason reminded me of something from teh 70s..but then again my aunt could have just had the curtains/fabric years earlier than i remember
